Susan Lord, Owner

An original Valley Girl,  Susan has moved over to the Westside to spend her life with her handsome husband, five beautiful and mostly grown offspring.  In 2007 Susan bought the iconic Bel Air Bar + Grill.  Now rebranded as The Bel-Air Restaurant, Susan and her team serve up tasty and healthy food to her neighbors in historic Bel-Air and the many neighborhoods close by.   Susan is a champion of fair and compassionate management, social justice and sustainable living. Susan serves on the boards of Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles and Cal Arts CAP Council,  and as Chairman of the Board of her family’s foundation. When she gets a break, you can find her at home with her family, knitting, or sailing out on Santa Monica Bay.
